Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects. This position is ideal for an individual with a solid background in healthcare facilities, including ground-up and renovation projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and analyze project plans, providing strategic input to ensure feasibility.
  • Track project progress, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction field.
  • Proven expertise in managing healthcare construction projects, including ground-up and renovation work.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a track record of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide a team.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software is essential.
