About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor at Acura of Milford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to determine their vehicle repair and service needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and update customers on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day
  • Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability
  • Oversee and participate in quality control to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
