Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our team at McDonald's. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to become the General Managers of our restaurants. As a GMIT, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of restaurant management, including operations, customer service, and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with your leader to set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to lead the restaurant into the future.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to relocate within the Springfield area for the duration of training and beyond, if necessary.
