Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Oversight: Reports to the Central Iowa Division President and manages the senior leadership team
  • Strategic Insight: Contributes to the division's overarching vision and strategic framework
  • Clinical Operations: Partners on clinical service execution and physician alignment strategies
  • Mission and Inclusion: Champions an inclusive environment and celebrates diversity
  • Leadership Development: Guides and nurtures the leadership team, facilitating succession planning

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related discipline
  • At least seven years of leadership experience in healthcare administration

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and business skills
