  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other executives and department heads to promote effective communication and collaboration. Ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to achieving organizational goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives. Regularly assess and report on the performance of operational functions to the executive team.
  • Engaging Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate with vendors, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • ELT Management: Champion career pathing for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring growth opportunities and professional development. Conduct weekly KPI moderation, steering our leadership team towards continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor the ELT, helping them expand leadership skills and achieve impactful results. Foster an environment that encourages leadership growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar executive leadership role.
  • Have been COO of a 9-10 figure company.
  • Strong understanding of health and wellness industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
