- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives. Regularly assess and report on the performance of operational functions to the executive team.
- Engaging Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate with vendors, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success.
- ELT Management: Champion career pathing for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring growth opportunities and professional development. Conduct weekly KPI moderation, steering our leadership team towards continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development: Mentor the ELT, helping them expand leadership skills and achieve impactful results. Foster an environment that encourages leadership growth and innovation.
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Have been COO of a 9-10 figure company.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
