Process Improvement and Innovation Division Director

At SGR LLC, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Process Improvement and Innovation Division Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive organizational success by identifying opportunities for innovation and streamlining processes that enhance our operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that foster continuous improvement and align with our long-term goals.
- Provide knowledge and support to help leaders at all levels implement continuous improvement methodologies and process evaluation and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with city leadership, staff, and community partners to facilitate innovative service delivery strategies and provide training and development on continuous/process improvement methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and streamlining processes that enhance our operational effectiveness.
- Develop budgets, secure funding, and manage resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business administration, public administration, innovation management, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role involving innovation, process improvement, project management, or another related field, including one (1) year of supervisory responsibility.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.
