Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant and Facilities Manager to join our team at Illuminate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, while also driving process improvements and cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, ensuring that it is in optimal condition and meets the needs of our production departments.
  • Production Support: Assist senior leaders in ensuring equipment operation and supporting production departments in achieving production capacity targets.
  • Maintenance Cost Management: Manage the purchase requisition, acceptance, evaluation, and setting of safety stock for spare parts, with the goal of continuously reducing maintenance costs.
  • Quality Management: Analyze and improve issues that affect product quality, reduce the workshop's return rate and rework rate, and increase the yield of good products.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and confidential management of relevant records and information, and generate reports on maintenance data.
  • Training and Development: Organize training and team-building activities, develop training plans to enhance personnel skills, and ensure a continuous talent pipeline within the team.
  • Confidentiality and EHS Management: Assist in the management of the company's confidentiality system, implement the company's confidentiality responsibility system, and cooperate with EHS to conduct safety inspections and implement necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and equipment precision management.
