Job Overview

Position: Structural Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pataskala, OH

Compensation: Negotiable

Role Summary:

As a Structural Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of structural equipment to ensure peak performance and reduce downtime. Your main duties will include:

Key Duties:

  • Diagnosing equipment failures and implementing timely corrective actions.
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery to guarantee proper operation.
  • Executing preventative maintenance protocols on various equipment.
  • Creating and managing preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders.
  • Training and assisting production personnel in equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
  • Maintaining the facility by performing necessary repairs and updates to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with overhead cranes is essential.
  • Ability to comprehend safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Preferred: Two years of training in a vocational/technical school electronics program.
  • Minimum of five to ten years of experience in maintenance or electrical work.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in reading electronic schematics.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electronic and hydraulic systems.
  • Basic mechanical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to understand equipment manuals and capabilities.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is required.
  • Must possess and provide personal mechanic's tools.
