Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Supervise a team of 10-20 employees, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Recommend Corrective Actions as necessary, working closely with HR and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with General Cleaning Tasks as needed, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and healthy for our clients and team members.
Requirements
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check required.
  • Valid Driver's License and meet driving requirements to be insured by our company.
  • Lift up to 35lbs and perform other physical demands of the job.
  • Management or Supervisory Experience required, with a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Working Experience with Individuals with Disabilities preferred.
