Job Objective
The Lead Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with effectively overseeing, directing, and managing Maintenance and Engineering resources, ensuring the establishment, implementation, and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive maintenance program encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Grounds, Instrumentation, and Process Control.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute a robust maintenance program for farm equipment to ensure optimal operational uptime.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses of recurring equipment failures and implement suitable corrective measures.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to schedule and implement farm maintenance activities, enhancing equipment availability and longevity while maintaining reliability and safety standards.
  4. Diagnose and resolve operational issues, escalating unresolved problems to the department head as necessary.
  5. Ensure cost-effective execution of repair and maintenance activities for farm equipment and machinery.
  6. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of service level standards for maintenance service delivery to relevant departments.
Preventive Maintenance System
Design and implement an effective preventive maintenance system to guarantee the reliability of farm equipment.

Maintain accurate records for inventory control of machinery, tools, and historical data, while evaluating maintenance costs and executing cost-reduction initiatives.

Power Supply Management
Coordinate with local power utilities to manage power supply and quality.
Analyze load profiles of plant processes and implement an Energy Conservation Program to optimize power resources.
Spare Parts and Supply Management
Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, and supplies for operational, maintenance, repair, and project needs as required.
Strategic and Financial Planning
Develop and implement departmental strategic and operational plans.
Prepare and maintain the annual departmental budget.Qualifications
Licensed Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in farm maintenance operations or 5-10 years in maintenance roles.
