\tSort and verify the accuracy of Night Audit work, including reconciliation of banquet check extensions and coding of banquets at cost.
\tRecord department administration phone calls and inform the Controller of any potential concerns.
\tPost city ledger payments in the property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts.
\tPerform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform the Controller of any potential uncollectible accounts.
\tReconcile credit card back-up to General Cashier Summary and inform the Controller of any discrepancies.
\tBill out credit cards (AMEX, DINERS, etc.).
\tMaintain accurate and legible logs for all credit cards.
\tSet up new accounts in accordance with established credit policy.
\tAssist in reconciling open account status items.
\tInput General Cashier Summary and maintain a binder.
\tFile and distribute credit card cancellations, bulletins, and credit warnings.
\tProcess and follow-up on all returned checks accepted as cash payment.
\tRecord General Ledger and City Ledger reconciliations.
\tVerify that purchasing procedures are followed, including purchase order price compared to invoice price and purchase order quantity compared to invoice quantity.
\tMaintain an accurate, up-to-date Purchase Order Log.
\tRoute invoices with purchase order attached to department heads and Executive Committee members for approval.
\tEnsure account coding is accurate and all invoices are being returned on a timely basis.
\tProcess all approved invoices for payment, ensuring all appropriate signatures and back-up are attached.
\tPay all hotel invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.", "Requirements": "
