Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of program staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the program manager to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback to program staff.
  • Provide on-going training and support to program staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of program budgets and financial reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the program manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year full-time work experience in substance use disorder treatment or a related field.
  • NYS CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification, or Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) required.
  • A Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
