About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the lease administration function within a large real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lease administration, with experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the lease administration team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in lease administration, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
