Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective governance with clients regarding quality matters throughout the development and maintenance phases of programs. Serve as the primary contact for clients on quality issues and support the Program Manager.
  • Assess client quality requirements during the Request For Proposal (RFP) phase.
  • Ensure all client needs and specifications are addressed to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Create Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, securing client approval and managing these plans effectively.
  • Collaborate in defining the Program Management Plan (PMP) alongside the Program Manager, ensuring its successful implementation and execution.
  • Oversee non-conformity analysis and action plans, communicating quality events to clients to minimize occurrences. Implement Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) for client claims.
  • Ensure adherence to the Program Management process in line with commitments made to clients. Assist the Program Manager in this process and propose a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) in collaboration with Program Managers and Key Clients.
  • Verify compliance of program deliverables and contribute to their validation. Actively engage in preparing for gate and program reviews, both internally and with clients.
  • Participate in validating and approving each gate and program review with the Program Manager, ensuring timelines are respected. In case of discrepancies, the Business Unit CEO will make the final decision.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Composite, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM.
