Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining efficient and robust governance with customers on Quality aspects, during development and sustaining phases of programs Be the preferred contact for customers on quality aspects and assist/support the Program Manager on these points;
  • Validate customer quality requirements during Request For Proposal (RFP) phase;
  • Ensure that all customer needs and requirements are taken into account (customer satisfaction);
  • Establish Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, obtain acceptance from customers, and manage the plans;
  • Participate in defining the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the Program Manager. Support and assist the Program Manager to ensure and monitor its implementation and execution;
  • Monitor non-conformities analysis and relevant action plans, and communicate to customers on quality events of programs (quality escape, concessions ..) to reduce them; Implement Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) activities for customer claims.
  • Ensuring and monitoring the Program Management process, with respect to commitments validated with customers Assist and support the Program Manager in the Program Management process; Propose and maintain Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) in collaboration with Program Manager(s) and Key Customer(s);
  • Ensure compliance of program deliverables and contribute in validating them; Actively participate in gate and program reviews preparation, both internally and externally (customer gates);
  • Contribute in, ensure validation of, and approve each gate and program review with the Program Manager and, with respect to lead times. Status is an agreed decision between both. In case of a disagreement, the BU CEO decides.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University Degree (BS, MS or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Composite, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education or experience
  • Excellent PC and MS office skills.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Some travel to other company sites required

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:20pm
