Pro Resources is in search of a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all machinery, facilities, and grounds are maintained in optimal condition through various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled lubrication of machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to company policies.
  • Prioritize safety by following established protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of machinery to identify potential issues early.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workplace, following 5S+1 principles.
  • Adhere to safety lockout procedures during maintenance tasks.
  • Foster positive communication with fellow maintenance staff and supervisors.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement using TLBO operating system tools.
  • Execute repairs, installations, and refurbishments as directed.
  • Possess a valid forklift operator's license and operate equipment safely.
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality by testing operations post-repair.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address equipment needs and prevent downtime.
  • Identify and rectify safety hazards promptly.
  • Additional training may be required as per Maintenance Lead or Plant Manager's guidance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a one-year certificate from a technical college or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
