Join Our Team as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft and related systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to FAA guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of aircraft and components, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and component issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Operate ground support equipment, including tugs, power carts, and other engine-powered equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the movement and positioning of aircraft, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of shop facilities, equipment, and tooling, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, providing detailed reports and updates on work progress and open issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry regulations, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) and a valid driver's license approved for airline travel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
