Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Triangle Fastener Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction industry
  • Nurturing and growing existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Responsibilities:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Consistently achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets and goals
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting data
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Engaging in daily communication with the inside sales team and Branch Operations Manager to ensure seamless coordination and support
  • Managing a designated geographic territory to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in outside sales or a related position
  • Associate degree in business administration or similar, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn business administration and sales and marketing skills
  • Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities to successfully promote products or services
  • Exceptional time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
