Job Title: Sales Representative

At Hire Energy, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the manufacturing, EPC, plant, and refinery sectors.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our range of equipment, products, and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts such as Motiva and Shintech.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing, EPC, plant, or refinery sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the equipment, products, and services used in these industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
