2. Effectively communicate the advantages of extended warranties to boost sales.
3. Cultivate client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling strategies.
4. Deliver persuasive sales presentations grounded in our comprehensive sales training.
5. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and finalize additional sales.
6. Provide exemplary customer service to every visitor at Helzberg Diamonds.
7. Engage in various store operations, including merchandising, display setup, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this position is $20.00, or the applicable minimum wage for your location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, skills, performance, and the geographic area of employment.
