Job Title: Sales Associate-Retail Jewelry

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate-Retail Jewelry to join our team. As a Sales Associate-Retail Jewelry, you will be responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the store's sales and profit objectives.
  • Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Create business through various methods of clienteling, including building relationships with customers and identifying their needs.
  • Deliver a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training and provide a personalized shopping experience for each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to overcome customer objections and close additional sales.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds' guest, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Participate in all areas of store operation, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance, to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • High internal motivation and a strong desire to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and adapt to changing sales environments.
  • 1-3 years of jewelry retail experience, with a strong understanding of jewelry products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.

Pay range for this position is $20.00 hourly (or specific county/city minimum wage). Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
