We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mason Health. As an integral part of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse panel of patients in a busy family practice clinic, working collaboratively with multiple disciplines, and making decisions independently as a solo provider under the supervision of a physician. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order laboratory studies as necessary.
- Assess and interview patients to identify common development and behavioral problems, and develop appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate records, including problem lists, medication lists, and immunization records.
- Promote health and disease prevention through age-specific interventions, counseling, and screenings.
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities, and attend regular medical and general staff meetings.
- Communicate a clear vision and direction, inspiring and motivating others to achieve common goals.
- Drive results by translating ideas into concrete actions, guiding and inspiring others to achieve success.
- Foster an environment of trust and integrity, modeling openness and inclusiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships by demonstrating alignment and commitment within and across functions.

- Demonstrate effective management skills by executing tasks accurately and timely, managing financial resources, and maintaining equipment and physical space.
- Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum two years' experience in Family Medicine preferred.
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Board certified by the time of employment.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
The estimated salary for this position is between $59.00/hour and $71.65/hour, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
