Healthcare Support Specialist

This role offers an estimated hourly rate of $26.50-$31.50, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on daily living activities, hydration, and nutrition.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A current CNA certification and active registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic life support certification, including first aid and CPR.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred.
