Job Title: Medical Professional - Washington State Corrections

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $83,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and location. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package, which includes up to 25 paid vacation days, 8 hours of paid sick leave per month, and 12 paid holidays per year.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with registered nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also be required to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and health status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including taking vitals, assessing patients' condition, and administering medications.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and health status.
  • Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as well as an unencumbered Multistate License from a participating Compact Licensure State. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
