About the Role:
The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to maximize the College's marketing opportunities. This includes working closely with the Director to strategize and develop plans, as well as supervising the College's social media activities and overseeing day-to-day management of digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve College goals
- Supervise social media activities and ensure brand compliance
- Oversee day-to-day management of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with department personnel to generate content and optimize marketing opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, 3-5 years of experience
- Master's preferred, or 5+ years of demonstrated experience and skills
- Intermediate/advanced abilities with computer programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud and web/social media management software
