- Be available by phone 24/7 while on-call and be prepared to respond to emergencies with short notice.
- Travel within our 60-mile service area to perform duties, with additional mileage compensation provided.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including electronic data, client files, and employee files.
- Perform other office duties as needed to support the care coordination team.
