We are seeking an experienced HRIS Expert to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As an HRIS Expert, you will play a critical role in managing our UKG Pro Workforce Management application, ensuring seamless integration with our payroll and other systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management application, including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement business process improvements to optimize workforce management and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and roll-out new functionality relevant to CEVA's business needs.
- Serve as a liaison to other HR areas and systems to understand requests for information, respond to support tickets, and extract and distribute reports.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits.
- Recommend and implement new and improved processes to reduce redundancies and automate functions where possible.
- Manage UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems.
- Configure and maintain business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management and HRIS experience.
- Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.
- Knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setup.
- Success Factors a plus.
- Understanding of integration between UKG and other HRIS & Business applications.
- Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation.
