Job Summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle payroll processing and talent acquisition, with a strong background in Workday and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll:
  • Review and reconcile payroll information, including deductions, hires, changes, terminations, and 401 K.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll records and backup as needed.
  • Provide Workday support and be the expert for employees.
  • Run or prepare weekly and monthly reports for accounting and management.
  • Review and reconcile all payroll tax for accuracy.

Human Resources:
  • Manage the pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Ensure the Workday hiring process is up to date with the required approvals.
  • Manage Sterling Solutions for background checks, drug screens, and MVRs.
  • Conduct new employee orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have three years or more of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and talent acquisition, with a strong background in Workday and benefits administration. Proficient computer and data entry skills, strong analytical and time management skills, and knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws are also required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
