Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at VCA East Mill Plain Animal Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with physical examinations, patient assessment, and medical procedures
  • Monitor anesthesia and provide support during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and assist with dental procedures, radiology, and laboratory work
  • Administer medications and perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and other medical procedures as needed
  • Provide compassionate care to hospitalized animals and support their recovery
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
