Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Sales and Catering Manager to join our team at the Ramada Des Moines Tropics Resort & Conference Center. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote hotel services to both group and transient customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to produce room sales, food and beverage sales, and catering/banquet services.
  • Negotiate and generate contracts to achieve maximum profit potential while satisfying client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have previous hotel sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
