Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The Law Offices of Hilda L. Sibrian. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks to reflect company policies and procedures
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including orientation and annual enrollment
  • Manage paid time off and leaves of absence to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees to find the best fit for our team
  • Assist with employee reviews to ensure fair and accurate evaluations
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies to promote a positive work environment
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents to support business decisions
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition to boost morale and engagement
  • Accurately maintain employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, and benefits management
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws to ensure compliance and avoid potential risks
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees to foster a positive work environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and management
