Job Description:
  • Treatment planning and coordination
  • Daily reports and case reviews

  • Random drug screening
  • Individual and family counseling
  • Health considerations
  • Community resources
  • Family education
  • Treatment plan creation
  • Program evaluation
  • Client progress monitoring
  • Recidivism awareness

Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling or related field, at least one year of experience as a substance abuse counselor, registered with the Virginia Substance Abuse Professional Certification board, and a CSAC, LMFT, LPC, LSATP, or LCSW license. Experience treating opioid-addicted patients preferred, but not required.
