Job Summary">">In this role, you will provide integrated behavioral health services as part of patients' care teams alongside medical providers. This includes individual and group sessions to address a wide range of behavioral health issues, including substance abuse.">


The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, as well as an active LCSW license in Virginia. Experience working with individuals with chronic medical conditions and concurrent mental health issues is preferred.

Responsibilities">">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • ">
  • Providing individual counseling and crisis intervention to adults who are experiencing psychological or adjustment difficulties.">
  • Leading group-counseling programs.">
  • Maintaining individual records, routine correspondence, and daily statistical forms within the time frames set by the supervisor.">
  • Performing other clinical and/or administrative assignments as assigned by the supervisor.">


Benefits">">We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and vision insurance.
