We are looking for a highly motivated Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team at the Southern Virginia Mental Health Institute. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care for individuals with mental health needs and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.

Job Description

This position requires successfully completing BLS, Therapeutic Options (TO), and other required training upon employment at the facility. You will also need to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills, team-focused care, and a professional approach.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and providing education and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Current and in good standing Registered Nurse license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or license eligible
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $76,959 - $90,000 per year based on experience
