About the Role

Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work in a dynamic team environment to provide high-quality patient care at our 72-bed Joint Commission and CMS accredited inpatient psychiatric hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care for patients with psychiatric disorders in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, families, and community resources to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Salary:

$52,004 - negotiable based on relevant years of experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working in a psychiatric healthcare facility or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
