At Xplor, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Southeast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, and Sales Support, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of Xplor's payment processing services.
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, prioritize leads, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
- Competitive commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
