Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Southeast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, and Sales Support, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of Xplor's payment processing services.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, prioritize leads, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
