Document Validation Specialist

At Flux Resources, we are seeking a skilled Document Validation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and validating the Damage Description and Dimensions (DDD), Scope of Work (SOW), and Costs for completed work based on documentation provided by PA Applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate the DDD, SOW, and Costs for completed work
- Enter projects into the Grants Manager (GM) system
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of project data
- Perform peer reviews of projects formulated by other team members
Requirements
- General FEMA PA experience
- PA grant documentation review or project development experience
- Validating PA grant documentation and developing or reviewing Damage Descriptions and Dimensions (DDD), Scopes of Work (SOW) and Cost Estimates for PA grant projects
