Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Handle patient service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Build office morale to support company culture
  • Create staff schedules
  • Audit patient accounts for accuracy
  • Present treatment plans and assist guests with financial obstacles
  • Complete daily and monthly reporting
  • Perform other duties as required to support the office
Qualifications
  • A welcoming smile and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead by example
  • Desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience (Dental experience preferred)
