Job Overview

Strike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to oversee and administer its comprehensive benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and vendor management, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Strike's benefits programs, including medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision plans, as well as the 401(k) plan and leave of absence requests.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to benefits programs based on employee feedback and industry needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits programs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications (e.g., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or the equivalent experience in the benefits field.
