Benefits Manager

Strike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to oversee and administer its comprehensive benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and vendor management, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage Strike's benefits programs, including medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision plans, as well as the 401(k) plan and leave of absence requests.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Review and recommend enhancements to benefits programs based on employee feedback and industry needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits programs.
- Prepare and submit required reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Certifications (e.g., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or the equivalent experience in the benefits field.
