Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving store sales through exceptional service and comprehensive product knowledge. By prioritizing the customer experience and demonstrating enthusiasm, you will help create memorable interactions that encourage lasting relationships with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual productivity targets and support the overall sales objectives of the store.
  • Promote the benefits of the Brooks Brothers credit card to customers.
  • Utilize various customer engagement tools, such as thank-you cards and personalized service, to enhance customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to minimize losses due to theft and maintain effective inventory control.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for the Brooks Brothers brand and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a history of achieving high performance in a retail setting, preferably in luxury or designer apparel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends is preferred.
