Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Sales Associates who thrive in collaborative environments and possess a genuine enthusiasm for retail. This role is pivotal in establishing our merchandising standards and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Proactively engage with customers to drive sales.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and assist customers in exploring options.
  • Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
  • Encourage cross-selling of products to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage merchandise returns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards.
  • Adhere to inventory management protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work part-time, averaging 20 hours per week.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Ability to handle equipment and tools necessary for store operations.
