About the Role

The Retail Associate will play a crucial role at our flagship store. As the face of our brand, Associates are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every visitor. We seek enthusiastic, friendly, and professional individuals who are keen to contribute to the vibrant Neighborhood Goods community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, many of whom may be new to our innovative retail concept.
  • Serve as brand ambassadors for our diverse range of in-house and rotating brands, sharing product information and stories authentically.
  • Assist customers across various product categories seamlessly.
  • Encourage a sense of community within the store, fostering relationships with both customers and fellow associates.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process for all customers.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving and tagging products.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing store environment.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events and programming.
  • Share insights, feedback, and ideas with the Store General Manager respectfully.
