Key Responsibilities- Manage the hiring, onboarding, and training of sterile processing team members.
- Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Associate's degree in health science or related field.
- 3 years of clinical or leadership experience.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician (CSPDT) certification.
