Sterile Processing Manager

Ochsner Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Processing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sterile processing department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sterile processing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality initiatives to maintain cost efficiency and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement plans and metrics.
- Adapt to changing patient needs and regulatory requirements.
- Associate's degree in health science or related field.
- 3 years of clinical or leadership experience.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician (CSPDT) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
