As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the staffing of the sterile processing team, including hiring, completing evaluations, and training. You will also be responsible for managing budget planning, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives to ensure appropriate patient care and maintain cost efficiency for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring, onboarding, and training of sterile processing team members.
  • Develop and implement budget plans, including FTE allotments, overtime management, and equipment and supply expenses.
  • Oversee instrument ordering, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Lead quality initiatives and drive improvement plans, focusing on metrics and quality indicators.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in health science or related field.
  • 3 years of clinical or leadership experience.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician (CSPDT) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
