Your Role:


As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, establishing new business relationships within a designated territory.
  • Contribute to Gartner's growth by executing the Pathway to Gold, focusing on high-quality activities, engaging C-level executives, capturing organizational interest, and promoting multi-year business agreements.
  • Manage complex sales processes involving substantial deal sizes in intricate business environments while maintaining a focus on transaction volume.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 1 year of experience in Gartner sales or service with a proven track record of success.
- 10 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated history of achieving quotas.

What We Offer:


Gartner is committed to equitable compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is between 62,500 USD and 85,500 USD, subject to variations based on qualifications and experience.

In addition to base salary, you will have the opportunity to participate in an annual bonus plan based on both company and individual performance, or an uncapped sales incentive plan.
