Department Store Sales Executive

Free People is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our NYC Wholesale Showroom team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability within department store accounts by completing all necessary tasks, including managing accounts, creating re-orders, and maintaining order templates.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Business Growth: Land FP Department Store budgets by driving business and managing accounts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maximize Sales and Margin: Drive sales and margin expectations of owned accounts.
- Pre-Market Preparation: Prepare for market appointments by ensuring all history is pulled and samples are ready for appointment.
- Order Maintenance: General order maintenance, review oversolds, and priority code updates to maximize shippable items.
- Account Copy Management: Complete all account copy information, including COM, COO, care and content, CA pricing if applicable.
- Style Information Management: Ensure all style info is correctly loaded into GXS prior to EDI timing.
- Order Reformatting: Reformat and check style info is correct on all sized orders received post market to send to CS.
- Weekly Sales Recap: Pull data for weekly sales recap.
- Best Seller Identification: Review weekly best sellers and pull ATS for immediate reorders.
- MD Accuracy: Weekly review of.coms to ensure all styles are up and MDs are accurate.
- 3 years of experience with wholesale department store background or buying background.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Skilled at multitasking.
- Having a positive attitude.
- Excel and Power Point proficient.
- Systems used: BlueCherry, Nuorder, Skypad, Microsoft Office.
