SysAdmin Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled SysAdmin to join our team as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Support specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting complex issues and providing advanced technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly.
  • Configure/add new services as necessary.

Requirements:
* Experience with Active Directory, VOIP (3cx/FreePBX), RMM, PSA, Cloudberry, Barracuda, and Office365 is highly valued.
* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with impacted constituencies.
