At Planet Fitness, we're committed to providing a Judgement Free Zone for our members. As an Overnight Member Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience, even after hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Closing the day's shift and maintaining the cleanliness of the club
  • Follow the 10/5 Rule: acknowledge members within 5 feet, whether they're entering or leaving the club
  • Conduct accurate tours and information calls for prospects, using memorized scripts
  • Handle front desk activities, including personalized check-ins, addressing security issues, and updating member accounts
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate tanning booths and other amenities for Black Card members
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club and communicating with day shift and overnight support positions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
