Sales Leadership Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead a high-performance sales team in Minnesota. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed performance expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis
