About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead a high-performance sales team in Minnesota. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed performance expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
